Our Rotobrush cleaning machine uses an advance cleaning method with a HEPA air filtering system.  It is the only system that vacuums at the point of contact, eliminating the use of harsh chemicals.  After the HVAC Ducts are cleaned, we introduce an EPA approved anti-fungicidal mist to the return system.  This not ony disinfects both the return, blower and supply lines, but also leaves a fresh scent throughout the home.

Why Clean Your Air Ducts?

That's Like Asking Why Clean Your House?

If you have not have your Home or Business Air Ducts cleaned in the last FIVE YEARS, or if you have moved into a previously owned home, condo or apartment, You Should!

  • Contained in the hundreds of square feet of surface area in your air ducts are years of accumulation of dust, dirt, pollen, hair, spider webs, dead insects, dust mites and other allergens and impurities.
  • The impurities and bacteria in your air ducts may contribute to the adverse effects of allergies, sinus problems and other health issues.
  • Mold spores and moisture can breed mold growth in contaminated air duct systems.

  • A homeowner CANNOT effectively clean their own air ducts. Special equipment and professional training is required. Specially formulated and environmentally friendly solutions can be sprayed into your air ducts to kill mold, bacteria and eliminate odors from smoke, cooking odors, pets, or odors remaining from past residents.
  • Clean Air Ducts reduce heating and cooling bills, reduce furnace maintenance costs, and make your furnace and air conditioning units last longer.
  • Clean Air Ducts can reduce the need to dust as often
  • Duct cleaning can help to keep dust particles out of your home's air and off of your furniture and counters.

If you breathe air you need to read this.

In today’s airtight homes, indoor air quality is a growing concern. Your air duct system functions as the respiratory system of your home. When it becomes contaminated and congested, it should be cleaned so it can "breathe" normally and efficiently, again. If your home’s respiratory system gets contaminated, so does your body’s. Your air duct systems may contain:

Dirt, dust, and dust mites

Wood shavings

Pollen

Mold, mildew, and fungi

Pet hair and dander

Rodents

Drywall dust and particles

Insect remains

Carpet fibers

Indoor air quality. It’s the air we breathe indoors. Research indicates that people spend approximately 90% of their time indoors. Therefore, the quality of the indoor air that we breathe is important in maintaining good health.

Poor indoor air quality can contribute to adverse health affects, however all people are affected differently. While some people will have little or no reaction to indoor air pollutants others may experience symptoms including but not limited to congestion, sinus irritation, headache, sore throat, cough and respiratory distress. Many indoor air pollutants are asthma triggers, and exposure to some of these pollutants may lead to increased risk of lung cancer. For these reasons, the pollutants in the air we breathe are of great concern
