Our firm was established to provide efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals. Our primary services include
real estate home inspections, mold testing and abatement, thermal imaging of buildings, HVAC duct cleaning services, indoor
air quality issues, energy loss studies, flood and fire restoration and commercial/residential exterior steam cleaning. Certifications
held include KY State Certified Home Inspector (HI-2389), Micro Consulting Certified Mold Inspector (CMI# 7730) and Micro
Consulting Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC# 6671).
Our owner Chris Howell, a graduate of Centre College
(BS Biology), has spent over 18 years working in the environmental field. During that time extensive knowledge has been
gained in advanced laboratory instrumentation, statistical analysis, microbiology (drinking, surface and ground water), indoor
air quality issues (including lead based paint, asbestos and mold) and structural integrity of homes.
